Premier Management Partners, Association Management Company, is a firm of skilled professionals whose goal is to provide management expertise and specialized administrative services to associations in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

PMP, as the company is called, was founded October 8, 2020 in Columbia, SC by Aimee L. Hiers and Courtney LC Waldrup.

PMP supplies management services to a number of trade and professional associations. This concept allows an association to take advantage of the experienced professionals at a cost effective alternative. It also allows for the association to benefit from the experience of their own chief executive as well as that of a team of executives; benefit from relationships with third party organizations established as part of activity for other client associations; share cost of valuable services that otherwise might not be affordable; benefit from collective buying power to negotiate best rates with hotels, speakers, and facilities saving money on overhead costs for office equipment, space, furniture, etc. Because AMCs are staffed to manage multiple clients, each association benefits from the inherent synergies.
